Gulf Coast Commodores Out Sing Indian Hills

#14 Gulf Coast State College derails #3 Indian Hills CC 72 to 70 in a wild and wooly late game from the Sports Arena.

Under second year HC Lane Below (Blue) the Commodores led 41-35 at intermission.

The Warriors took a 3 point lead in the second half, but Gulf Coast quickly bounced back.

The Hills down five in the final seconds hit a three at the buzzer to create the 2 point difference.

Devotes Cobbs was the big point producer for GCSC (27-7) netting 17. Trent Lincoln added 16.

Indian Hills (30-3) received 20 from Caz Watson and 17 from Taj Au-Duke.

Gulf Coast moves into the Quarterfinals Wednesday, March at 8:00 vs the  Northwest Florida/Vincennes winner.
