It’s Super Saturday In The NJCAA, Thirteen Districts Will Crown Kings

(Saturday, March 5) Middle America – Three Districts have enthroned victors, the Appalachian-Roane State, the Central-John A. Logan, and the South-Shelton State CC. The other thirteen will be added to the high court today. Here is a rundown of what’s on tap around the country: , NJCAA District Championships:

*South Central (Region 2): Northern Oklahoma-Enid (13-19) vs. Connors State (27-5) at 5:00 at Oklahoma Baptist University

*East (Regions 15, 19, 20): Harcum College (29-2) vs. Hagerstown CC (10-19) at 1:00 at Allegany College of Maryland

*Midwest (Regions 4 & 16): Triton College (27-4) at Moberly Area CC (26-6) at 8:00

*South Atlantic (Region 8): Chipola College (27-5) vs. Indian River State (28-3) at 6:00 in Niceville, FL

Northwest Plains (Region 9): Trinidad State College (17-11) at Otero College (24-6) at 9:00

Atlantic (Region 10): USC-Salkehatchie (19-11) at Caldwell Tech (24-7) at 1:00

North Central (Regions 11 & 13): Dawson CC (27-5) at Indian Hills (26-5) at 7:00

Mid-South (Region 14): Kilgore College (28-2) vs. Lee College (27-4) at 8:00 in Jacksonville, TX

Southeast (Region 17): South Georgia Tech (21-11) at Georgia Highlands (21-9) at 3:00

South (Region 23): Meridian CC (22-6) vs Pearl River CC (23-3) at 7:00 at Mississippi College in Clinton, MS

These baker’s dozen champs will added to the three team listed above as the automatic qualifiers for the National Tournament in Hutchinson, KS which starts on Monday, March 14. These sixteen District Champs will be joined by a selection committee’s eight At-large invites to comprise the 24 team field.
